The way I pack my diaper bag has changed a lot over the last four years. I went from packing for a baby, then for a toddler, then for a baby and a toddler, and now for a toddler and a preschooler! I carry much less now than I did when I had a baby, and I’ve definitely narrowed down the contents to the essentials. So, I thought I would share these favorites with you today. First, let’s focus on my amazing bag!
This gorgeous designer diaper bag is the Marie Antoinette in Black by Timi & Leslie. I love this company, because they believe that you should not have to sacrifice style, for function. This bag also happens to be one of the lightest weight designer diaper bags on the market – which is key when you are carrying around a toddler too!
My Marie Antoinette came as a 7-Piece Set. In addition to the bag, you receive:
- A cross body, adjustable detachable strap so you can wear it hands-free whenever you need to.
- A specially designed changing pad with a front mesh pocket where you can store your diapers, wipes, and creams when you need to make a quick diaper change trip.
- A zippered sack to put away soiled clothes.
- A stylish clutch that you can use as your purse, with interior credit card slots and an inside zipper pocket. So adorable!
- An insulated bottle tote to keep your baby’s bottles warm or cool.
- Matching stroller straps so you can hang your bag from your stroller.
Here is what I actually pack IN my diaper bag:
Nuby No-Spill Designer Series Flip-it Cup
This cup is wonderful for teaching your kiddo to drink from a straw. The straw runs down the base of the cup encouraging your child to hold the cup upright while they drink. These cups are best for children ages 12 months and up!
The best part of this cup is the flip top! The straw always stays clean, and you can just toss the cup in your diaper bag without worrying about it spilling! The cup comes in a bunch of different styles and colors too. You can find yours on Amazon!
NeatCheeks Face Wipes
These have been a staple in my diaper bag since the day we tried them! In case you don’t know, NeatCheeks are wipes that are flavored with Stevia extract. They are perfect for sensitive little faces and they taste yummy too!
Sweetie Pie Organics Freeze-Dried Snacks
We love the Sweetie Pie brand in this house, because we can sneak real fruits and veggies into the kid’s diet and they don’t even realize. Each one of these single serving bags contains one serving of fruits and veggies combined! And they are the perfect size to take in your diaper bag. Sweetie Pie Organics also makes Tiny Wafers which my kids love as well.
Nuby Travel Fork and Spoon Set
This little carrying case includes four forks and four spoons. They are the perfect size for my little guys. The travel case keeps everything clean too! A perfect addition to your diaper bag.
me4kidz Medibuddy First Aid Kit
This little first aid kit contains 50 items, including bandages, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, etc. You have no idea how much this comes in handy at the kid’s soccer games, wrestling tournaments, baseball practices, not to mention play dates at the park! This me4kidz kit has always been a must-have for my diaper bag.
Little Green Cares Soothing Balm
This balm is perfect for both winter AND summer conditions. It works for chapped lips, cheeks, redness, and dry patches. This is our second tube, and I’m sure I will always carry this in my diaper bag! Check Little Green Cares out here to see their other products. We personally love their lotions and their hair detangler is the ONLY thing that works on Kyleigh’s crazy hair!
