I’d like to introduce you to Madeline. She’s my best new girl. Ok, yes she’s a bag. But not just any bag. She’s THE bag. She’s the Madeline in Brandy from Lily Jade. For those of you who don’t know, Lily Jade is a company that makes gorgeous designer bags that take you from mommyhood and beyond. I bet you couldn’t even tell that this bag was being used as a diaper bag, could ya?
There are so many things that I love about this bag, but my favorite has to be the overall style. The Madeline is so beautifully made, the color is absolutely gorgeous, and it is the perfect accessory for all of my fall outfits. And Lily Jade makes a variety of bags – so many different styles and colors! Check them out here.
Each Lily Jade bag comes with a detachable, washable “Baby Bag” and a changing pad as well. The Baby Bag is honestly pure magic. It is an organizer that fits right into the bag, and you wouldn’t believe the stuff that I can fit in there. There are TONS of separate pockets, which makes it so easy to organize all of your baby’s stuff, plus fit everything that you would also be taking in a purse as well. My husband might actually be more excited than I am about this, as he was really sick of never being able to find anything in the old diaper bag ;)
The Madeline honestly just makes my life easier. With my old bag, if I was running out somewhere without the kids, or going out for a date night with the husband, I would have to switch all of my stuff (wallet, phone, lipstick, keys, etc.) from the diaper bag into a purse. Because let’s face it, you just look weird carrying a diaper bag with no children. Now, I just grab my bag and go. This lovely lady has come with me to fall festivals, pumpkin patches, play dates, date nights – and that’s just this month!
Another great feature – the Madeline can also be used as a backpack, which I have found amazingly useful. Keep an eye out for pics of this gorgeous bag on my Instagram and the different ways I use/style her. Like I said, she’s my best new girl ;)
*I received this bag for review, but all opinions and thoughts are my own.
